Never tried intraset but looks good if you have friends to help out.. i usually train alone so i do calves exercise every session so that i have high frequency and volume throughout the week. So far its good never felt fatigue and its growing a bit (my calves is my weakest muscle group)

my calves is weak too, and small, can't stand it sad.gif

but i heard people said if your gene is skinny, no matter how hard you train your calves won't be thick, which i doubt so...

Its sort of true but its more on the muscle insertion. Muscle insertion is all based on genetics. My calves muscle insertion is high and is further away from my ankle so it looks small. It still able to grow just wont look as big as those with a very low calves muscle insertion

I am blessed with that low muscle insertion calves genetics, so I never need to train my calves. My calves grow even just by walking a lot, but you'll notice that a lot of fat people have huge calves as well.

I very seldom train my calves. Everytime when I do leg i just do squat, leg press, both sleeping and sitting, and outer thigh opening. I don't know the last exercise what's it call. Lol

I've been wondering, does feet size also plays a role in the size of your calves? I have a friend who has about the same height and size as me (186cm 100kg), but he wears US 9 shoes while I wear US13 shoes, and his calves are tiny compared to mine. He used to be obese as well and his calves were small then.

His muscle insertion is probably high. I have big feet as well but mine are still small due to high calves muscle insertion.

My calfs are pretty big. I run and use the cross trainer machine.
