What should I do..change hard spring? Or suspension?? Well you have basically chosen the wrong rim offset! So actually the right solution is to change to another rims set with the right offset. All those other stuff that have been done by your tire shop and mentioned above are just a work around, not the true solution. You should actually be upset with your tire shop for selling you that wrong offset rims if they did not mention it at all, but if they did and you still insist then it is all on you. Anyway so now I assume you're stuck with the rims, right? So now check how exactly it's rubbing, is it just slightly on the sidewall with the inner fender lip? If like that then you can just try fold the fender inner lip and it should give more clearance. But if it rubs badly on top of the tire threads, then you're screwed! In this case, one thing you could try is install a spring buffer which may work but will actually mess up your spring rates/makes the car suddenly stop pressing down on the spring, so ride comfort is sacrificed, and of course more money to spend. Not sure also how long will this thing last because after all it's still just rubber being forced pressed by the steel springs. In a sense this is similar to a longer bump stopper that you said the mechanic had tried to install. It doesn't work anymore now because most likely the stopper has gone weak or even break due to constant hit from the absorber's body during full load. Probably the spring buffer will be more effective and last longer but again, not the true solution.

LOL! Seems until today still many people are not aware of the sport rim offset importance... BTW, it is also a big increase of tire width from 175 to 195, usually i will propose to move to 185 first.. 175/65/R14 -> 185/55/R15 (Same height & speedometer also not much difference) https://tiresize.com/comparison/By going 195/55/R15, you tire also larger in height & width which is big trouble for normal car with limited space. If still want 195, at least need to go lower 50 profile.. The main issue now is sport rim offset, 2nd is tire size.. Please get that right before upgrading it. As a lot of tire shop just want to clear their sport rims and dont care about the aftermath since you are the one that will pay all the side effects.. There are a few options 1) change rim with proper offset (38 and above) 2) roll your fenders 3) change tyre to 195/50/15 I used to have the same problem you're facing now. I changed rims and the issue is solved. If you want to save money and go for the cheaper option, then roll your fenders.

The higher the offset number, more ke dalam your tyre/rim will be... The lower the offset number, more ke luar your tyre/rim will be... Like your case, the tyre width increased by 2 cm...which is a lot... Last resort, if you dont want to change rim is to go to body shop to make wide body la kot... cheers...

Ah okay. In that case, get spring buffer. It will help to stop the tyre from rubbing. Can get it around rm50-rm70 I think.
