guys it mention we need to link Nitendo account to save account in cloud. does that means if i dont link i will lost my in game save in case i uninstall the game?

can reroll the game allow us to get Lily and the Leviathan with the free summon?

I got only a single 5 star character which is lily, should i just keep or reroll again?
