my phone only at certain area will loke that. mostly after rebooting phone, it will auto connect to 3G

i think its normal. as long as it will switch to 3G automatically

but frankly speaking, only UM work at my ipoh’s house..no idea why..

at least can watch movie and video call then okay to me.

as long as your plan is unlimited for apps.

i stream joox or youtube all the time when i drive.

using UM almost a year. my experience not too bad la. can stream music while driving to/from work.

at home got wifi. just my unifi very expensive.

can video call my grandma also.

one thing i like UM is their roaming plan. hassle free for me while oversea.
i saw most of my colleagues kena barred when they on roaming on other operator, even they already purchased roaming plan.

hopefully they can strenghten their LTE coverage in future.

so far i cant feel the differences after they upgraded their network here in selangor or ipoh🤣

just found out signal on iphone X is weaker than other one.

anyone got similar experience? is it because of the phone?

seems like umobile upgraded around seri kembangan area? youtube can run smoothly...

last time i cant even recieve LTE indoor. but now i got 3 bar. can run youtube smoothly.

no. they didnt send me anything. just i found out myself.

also i noticed that iphone signal reception is weaker than other andriod phone. not sure the frequency or the phone’s prob.

my phone dont hv the problems you said. just difficult to capture LTE signal. Iphone changing signal a bit slow, need to wait longer time.

my cousin using andriod phone, his phone always LTE full bar where my phone only 1bar LTE. same house same location.
I guess it is iphone problem.

been thinking to switch from umobile.

but i really miss the roaming plan UM offered.

too bad currently wht i paid for just only roaming. domestic internet almost usable wherever i go.

sad to leave but i got no choice.

i already ported out. phone always full bar. i guess umobile network doesnt support ios devices well.

now using other operator. always full bar and good speed.
