Well I think it's more to management don't want to invest more on hardware

Try to squeeze maximum from current infrastructure...

if upgrading going on in your area..
should have zero signal whole night (or few hours offline)...
not just 3G signal only available...

Before the so called lockdown also slow congested..
Now don't even talk about it... When almost everyone indoor 😂
