as for your question...
now is WFH... so it's not surprised speed is slower.... also kids also using it now... everything is online... class & exams... u think system/tower won't crash??? Malaysia not like some first world countries.... they plan advance... we here in Malaysia... got problems only would start looking... and after later on from few month to few years.. only upgrade the tower capacity or added new tower in congested/high traffic users areas....

Just to inform... Now all telco faced some level of congestion...
The so called "premium" service price provider @ maxis also got some issues now.... Overloaded already... Esp in housing areas... Office area still manageable level ☺️

Pay $$$ but useless.... Waste data only...
Opensignal reports suggest the same thing too..
Can see their subscription base dropped... Start from First MCO March 2020.... And could keep dropping also for January month (not reported yet)...

U Mobile been bad for don't know how long already...
That's why those who lured into with them, for cheap plan got "cheated" big time.. cheap but cannot use at all... So disappointed & port out other Telco...

Can see report I posted few pages back.
U Mobile lost alot of customers Last year... That's why their agents/marketing staff very desperately finding people to subscribe.... Giving fake glowing review 😂
