I complained to Umobile, they admit their CS did the wrong thing by not stating there will be reconnection charges.
By right I have the right to demand for waive for reconnection fee. its their fault.

However their CS said - "Its still a valid charge". Fcuk you. I told them "OK, I also want to port out, thats also a valid reason" .
And she just say "Itu ialah hak awak sebagai pengguna" sound like not remorseful at all. No empathy feeling. Maybe my luck with some senior CS agent.

So its Goodbye fcuking Useless-Mobile. Whats the whole point cheap when the speed is horrible.

Somebody please write a huge letter to Gobind Singh , ask him and his ministry to investigate this so-called Titanic Umobile which is a pain in the ass for every of it's customer.

I already highlighted that the problem only happens at night. Its either they are fking lazy to test or test during the daytime.
(Just tested my Umobile at 1pm , getting 4-5MBps. Acceptable though)

In short, they blame its my structure home's fault. Then please explain why is it DIGI , Yes 4G, Maxis, Tune, in my house has absolutely no problem giving me sufficient high speed. yesterday night I tested wifey DIGI , got 11 MBPS, inside my bedroom .
Speedtest for Umobile? Dont ask. 0.1Mbps. Cant even load Youtube at times.

They think I am stupid. If tiada sebarang keabnormalan dikesan then why (highlighted in blue) they plan to upgrade? That means they already knew the shit problem.

Enough shouting at them, I'm waiting for Umobile to port out my line. Bye bye Umobile.

And ask Damn UMobile to blacklist that number against your sim.

It just that their server capacity can only handle so much at certain "hotspot" ..
With their limited capacity and still keep selling Unlimited brazenly without the need to build extra tower.

UMobile got so many "hidden goal post" TnC in order to optimize their network.
Their system is gaming User after some time.....initially good experience....later on your SIM like become hantu...sometime work..sometime not....really Ghost Sim..hahahha

Bear in mind that U-Mobile and other mobile telcos have to pay TM HSBB Fiber for Internet bandwidth and data since all Internet traffic has to go through TM's Fiber backbone network, in order to connect to the rest of the world or www.

Honest Opinion here..

New GX30 plan rocks......at my location open field..
Solid 6Mbps Up and 6Mbps down.
Inside my phone...can even do 720p Youtube.

Bad news is it won't work on modded modem.
If that true...it mean UMobile have upgrade the sniffer system at my location thus no congestion at all.
