Testing gx30 for 3 months. So far so good. But the only thing I hate so much is my battery depleted so fast using umobile data compared to celcom. I can get extra 1 hour SOT when use celcom data but umobile suck battery like no tomorrow. Connection seems okay..always get H+..Haizz...thinking to port out to digi (bigbonus rm30/month) but not unlimited..not sure enough or not for my usage.

Because Celcom had fast dormancy implemented and U Mobile does not

i'm using only 200 Bpoints for every 61 days which means less than RM20 to maintain the number for 1 year and yet those reload are free and my phone still with the credit.
i got 10 free unifi numbers with 20GB each since Jan 2018 and finish one sim quota on July 2018.
people still can contact me on the umobile while passive period and i'm still able to whatsapp them with unifi data.
by this kinda of rate, i can keep using free while still maintaining my umobile number for the next 5 years but after this move by binfinite and umobile, i think the lowest to top up is RM5...
but still ok la, only thing is need to fork out real cash instead of Bpoints to reload and the good thing is the money still in the number bcos i didn't use it.
i got ways to get the money out and keep the number forever without using any money until the unifi number runs out of data

u mobile now have extend validity rm 1 for 1 day. if you just want to keep the number . u can use this feature every 60 days

if you still got credit inside , then it deducts from your credit , else just top up rm 5 for the whole 1 year.

what about credit share?

means still using credit, and credit can exchange to money, so still using money to maintain.

credit share can't exchange back to real money.

if u got redeem the thursday giler reward, its fair enough just to pay rm 5 as anual fee. theres no free lunch . its a win win situation here.

i also have 10 unifi sim card. but i still need to have voice call . how you pay your voice call? well the reward i receive from umobile is worth more than rm 5 each time i redeem , so basically i only pay rm 5 a year and the value i gain is 52 times more than 1 pay .

i seldom use the free 10min and 10sms for each unifi sim, and after reload u mobile i can use the free 15min everyday to umobile numbers
for others just use whatsapp call

fyi, my wife is using giler 30 prepaid and the speed limit 3Mbps is not there, i can easily use her hotspot with speed over 1MBps which is more than 8Mbps.

Every 59 days is risky, once you forgot top up kena terminate
