very normal practices, long time ago umobile at my place very nice & some time pass, suddenly got problem, and complain also never repair the problematic tower until no more coverage at my home, and finally I port out.  brows.gif

today still no 4G umobile coverage (according to their map) at my home since the damage of their device (my guest) and they never repair/replace it. hmm.gif
just like yes prepaid that keep on losing 4G coverage many years ago and never repair them  brows.gif

Maybe the tower very far and your area not that developed beforehand and now the line of sight to the tower has been blocked by newly built building. Just like my house use to be have signal but once my housing area get very developed, now total out of signal but have VoWiFi and 5G, so not a huge problem for me. I'm paying RM28 for total unlimited devil.gif

Those 2 telcos can survive because of DNB's 5G. Let's see in few years time if U Mobile can get their 5G right.

Depends on where you are. In Miri to Bintulu, even along the Pan Borneo "Highway", it have 90% coverage. It has been a huge improvement for the last few years, last time even Miri also not fully covered by 4G whistling.gif

Since some people insist that there are no always active feature, perhaps they can help me understand my plan better
Last reload in 6 May - RM 30 (to existing balance of 16)
After reload didnt subscribe anything, waited until 5 June to subscribe U Borneo Prepaid RM20, which auto renewed on 5 July.

This led to new so called Credit/SIM/Line/Account/Active Validity of 4/8/2025 as seen in the screenshots

Don't worry bro, Borneo plan get auto extend validity. It's been like this since early 2025 or earlier. biggrin.gif

I'm currently using gx30 plan. Thinking of getting 5g wifi for home use maybe U Home 5g plan and then port out to cheaper mobile line like Yes FT5G 20. Is it worth it?
*
You mean get U Home 5G plan with new 015 number and port out the number to YES? 015 number cannot port out. If what you want is get free U mobile 5G router and port out, there is 24 months contract. biggrin.gif
