fuk up this umobile, suddenly my unbill amount up from rm82 to rm121. if call to customer service they can check? their shitty bill statement doesnt include details also.. fark.. if wan details need to pay extra?

dont have, but i found the issue. Cos they have bill me but already refresh the plan hence unbilled amount ada this month punya. Now the 86+10 for esim request is in the new bill then shud be ngam already.

the promo kan is rm15, so now is rm20 la.. u guys forgot it was rm20 plan all along, and u paying rm15?

Umobile roaming not working in qatar. Dont know why.. idd and data roaming activated, connected to vodafone qatar but not working..

Damn it means it was like that since 2022? Ya i complained to them. They said will escalate to their partner vodafone here. Actually Qatar was not in the roaming package previously then i upgrade to postpaid 98 for this but shit not working. The thing about local sim is that cant do wechat or whatsapp video calling. Vpn is alao hit and miss, sometimes u video call for few mins then it will start lagging probably their system detected is video call based on data usage pattern.

Really fuk up this umobile. I subscribe their postpaid u98 for the roaming but cannot use in India, cannot use in Qatar. Already 1 month but still no solution. Im at Qatar i cant cancel my number or do MNP online, fuk shit. Gonna complain SKMM for this

ya i cannot set 3g using iphone. This is false advertisement. They claim can do 4g data roaming but this is shit

went to india last week. Connect to Airtel it is not working! Got wat bushit mag say connect airtel get 4g/5g. Fuk up this umobile. SKMM complaint specific only malaysia address. Wat the fuk. Maybe direct write email to them.
