Happen to my friend on digi last hour cannot reload. Even reloaded its terminated.

It had "Always Active" "validity". So, we can topup/reload anytime we wish until the balance is RM1 Trillion without worrying the validity.... today reload RM20, tmrw reload RM5, next week reload RM10, the day after that reload RM10 and then when the line is in Grace Period, just buy the DUP35 and line become 30 days validity....so, no need to worry when to reload and can accumulate balance forever...

TM Unifi Mobile Prepaid Bebas plans and Digi 150 Infinite Postpaid plan give unlimited hotspot-data that can also be used on Windows/MacOS/Linux computers. U Mobile should give the same, in order to garner more business and beat its competitors = no need to resort to modded 4G modems/routers to bypass the hotspot data limit/quota.

There should be no difference in costs for U Mobile when home-consumers use about 90GB per month of "unlimited" 4G LTE Internet data at about 6Mbps, whether on their smartphones or computers because celcos are paying the monopoly TM HSBB Wholesale Division about RM90 per 30Mbps(= RM18 per 6Mbps) for the backhaul Fibre connection of their 4G LTE cell towers.

Video-streaming quality/speed caps(eg cap of 3Mbps for 1080p/FHD video quality) and monthly FUP data limits(eg 100GB before being throttled to 0.5Mbps) on affordable phone plans are imposed by the celcos in order to prevent 4G LTE network congestion because each 4G LTE cell tower has a limited bandwidth and user capacity, eg U Mobile = 1.2Gbps (20MHz X 3 Bands: 400Mbps per 20MHz Band) to be shared by about maximum 500 active users at any one time = only 2.4Mbps per active user. Such data caps or limits should continue to be imposed.
....... Celcos can opt to build more 4G LTE cell towers(= more costs) to relieve network congestion due to too many subscribers/users in a certain area.

Seems, with the impending shutdown of 3G at end 2021, U Mobile has refarmed all its 3G frequency bands to 4G and is RAN-Sharing on Celcom's 2G network as a fallback.

So, when 4G LTE network congestion occurs, latecomer U Mobile subscribers (eg 501st or later active user) will be pushed onto Celcom's 2G network = 1Mbps.

Peak bit-rates of up to 1 Mbit/s and typical bit-rates of 400 kbit/s can be expected.

I am thinking to get umobile for my internet need. I am currently using Digi 150package and not satisfied with its performance. Slow speed etc. So if I shift to umobile. What I need to know? Can I still use my un mod modem Huawei B818. Or need to buy modded modem? Any advice is much appreciate.

I’m on the new 68 plan with free roaming.

On my phone I can get 300mbps 5G, 80mbps 4G but when hotspot it is below 500kbps

Nothing loads properly. Today I tried to do maybank2u transfer refused to load on computer but instant loaded on phone.

Tried multiple times on multiple different settings and devices

I am well below the 5GB limit as I only have used 200mb hotspot so far this week

Anyone else having this issue?

why do you lock to 1 band
you need multiple band for 4g and 5g to work seamlessly
