Do couples do any test or checkup before trying to get pregnant?

what is average price for C-section and normal birth?

I remember there's pre-marriage testings that includes Thalessemia, HIV etc.
But honestly, most of us don't do that, unless you suspect possibility of HIV, STI etc.

If you're talking about fertility screening, just try to conceive and if 6 months with no result, only then consult doctor about fertility. 6 months but also depends on age, whether can both still afford to wait? If you are both young, give yourself a year.

Oh... I guess I received wrong information then... because I am used to the thought of having a test to check if our bloods are "close" (as in family related or something) so as to not cause inbred or something.

We are both approaching 30, that is considered as old, right? hahah
Yea, that's one of the things that we are worried about also.
Hmmm... how much was the natural delivery, if you don't mind me asking? and at which hospital?

Na da... 30 yo is not old, considered just nice. Give yourself a year before going for extensive fertility test. There's many level in fertility test and can come up to a few thousands (or more) for overall checking. Start with sperm count test which is the cheapest.

Most importantly... both of you don't feel stressful about trying for baby. Relax.
