Hi Sifus, I found out my car steering quite heavy than usual & hard to turn especially when i reverse the car. Anyone have any idea what's the problem?

Does your problem being solved after you claim the rear axle beam? Lately I saw a few owners saying that damn noise came back again after replacement was done. Better HM admit its their fault & recall all honda city lar. An almost 90k car with such lousy quality.

I felt for you bro. Mine 2 years only, also lots of scars & scratches. Problem is no matter how careful I park at the public, it's still unavoidable. When I got back to my car, there's always some dumb people who park so near until I can hardly get into my car & i suspect some scratches are caused by passer by who carry goods. Heartbroken

OMG bro. I thought the problem was resolved already. Didnt know you replace it again. By the way, do the SA require to record any video before proceed to claim?

In terms of durability bro. Never try this brand so do not have any idea..hehehe. Hopefully it could last at least the ori FB battery that dies. I guess the Panasonic you were using was a good deal. No plans of using it again?

Hi everyone. I was charged around RM530 for my 60,000 KM service. Is it normal?

Apart from using engine oil OW-20, the sc add on engine oil treatment and coolant. I did ask them whether its compulsory and they say it is and it was according to the service schedule. When I collect my bill, I found out both the items were placed under additional item.

Same apply to 70,000 KM service, I was also quoted for around RM500+

Wahh, how can be like this? The SA kept saying in their system is compulsory. Damn it, they still insist me for engine cleaner but i decline.

Next service they quote me again for engine oil treatment and evaporator cleaner. Guess I need to decline them.

That's the point. TBH, they did brief me the items and I asked them whether its compulsory per Honda service schedule and their answer is yes.

Hi. I'm referring to coolant topping up. Cost me 20+ something i cant really remember. They did send a sms for me to feedback & I complain at there. Actually, they did recommend me to opt for engine oil treatment during my 50k service but I rejected. This time they insist its a must to take engine oil treatment.

Hi. Need some advise from all brothers here. My service centre says for 70k km service, need to include the following items:
1) Engine Oil treatment - RM54
2) Evaporator cleaner - RM128

Since the first time servicing at SC, they will automatically opt for SN 0W-20 engine oil without asking me. of which I had no objection lar since I read that better to have SN 0W-20 but for the above two items, is it necessary? The last service they also insisted engine oil treatment & coolant to be compulsory of which many brothers say not necessary since not inside the service list.

Yes. My latest experience. They include the additional items and quickly asked me to sign the service order without explain. He only admitted that the additional items (150++) wasn't compulsory when I asked him

I just did my 80K KM service maintenance. I noticed there's a kind of strong fuel smell inside my car while I was on my way home. This was never happen before & I didnt seem to notice any lubricant or grease spilt on the carpet. May I ask is there any possibility that the fuel smell is from replacement of strainer set fuel which was never done previously? Thanks all.

Yes bro. They replaced the fuel strainer. So its normal to have a strong smell inside the car cabin after the replacement of fuel strainer? Normally how long the smell last?

My old Honda City (2018 batch) warranty had ended last yr. Total mileage accumulated as at today was less than 50k km. Wonder any bros here still recommend to send it back to the service centre? Actually my service was way overdue (longer than 6 mths already as advised by Honda) and I didnt send it for service due to the low mileage. By the way, was quoted 760+ by Honda. Spark plugs was the main reason of the higher price.
