I went to SC and tell them to check my rear axle. They checked and put lubricants on some place and it solved the sound issue.

Did they solved ur problem? Mind sharing ur follow up?

My ride jus clocked 15k mileage and told them to check during the 20k service schedule. Just tell the SA to check ur rear axle coz got those loud knocking sound. They’ll know what to do.
So far mine still remained OK after 3.5k mileage after they solve my issue with lubricants. Will keep my ear open if it returns.

Used XM2 before, its very good. Still noisier than Continental CC6, but grip is slightly better especially in cornering.

my City still using stock, but based on my older car experience, i'll go either CC6 or XM2 (or now with XM2+).
this stock tyre drive highway macam no grip.

10k service dont need oil treatment & cleaner.
SC normally will try to sell these products to customers, but can tell them to opt out, as these aren't compulsory at all.

Some SC really not so helpful one when it comes to additional requests, like hiding wirings.

Common sense la bro.. if no differences then why Michelin bother market a new product when they can maintain as XM2. WHy they need invest so much for production line on a same quality thing, right?

Go other tyre shop, this one seems fishy.

Put upside down then can fit in. The downside is you can't screw it down and have to trim the black sponge a bit so the board dont bloat in the middle.

Original rim u cant lock. The screw not long enough, coz rim is wider. Also, u need to pop off the rim cover with the H logo to screw it on if u bought longer screw.

Some mechanics kopek, some don't. But normally they will kopek the old one as its easier for the mechanics to find the latest one in next service.

if you wish to keep it, next service you may put a reminder to your SA on this.

It all personal preference. Last time my old car i do keep all these stickers, but not on the car windscreen, i kopek out and do proper filing along with receipts.

No such thing, you can always go back for HIP like any other insurance providers for renewal and enjoy the benefits during the insured year. HIP also have various insurance providers with them.

Finally get my rear axle beam warranty replacement granted, thought currently still under P.I.O (Process In Order).

Highlighted the issue during 20,000KM service maintenance, and they put lubricants that put away the squeeking and knocking noises for about 2-3 weeks, then the same old noises returned.

Highlighted again in my 30,000KM service maintenance the other day + told the SA i've highlighted this problem before and they put a remark in. Technician checked and confirmed the problem and put it in P.I.O.

On top of this, my SA told me not necessary follow service guidelines list of service products replacement. He opted out the Air Cleaner Element & Dust & Pollen Filter, saying technician in-charge will check first to confirm if its necessary to change, depends on the conditions. Ended up save up a lot in this 30,000KM service maintenance.

The brake is quite common i guess, coz my friend Pre-FL City also have same issue before.

He advised no need change the filter, i don't know why he write that way. Well, i did open up my filter before send in to service, its pretty clean to be honest, so yeah this SA of mine is quite honest. I asked him few times, really dont need follow the service guidance accordingly, and he said for this item is depend on technician justification. But he did say next service will have to replace already. I think probably due to company policy, he can't write that he advised that to customer, but he can do that without void warranty based on customer's 'request'.

Sour smell, normally first 10 seconds the smell gone?

Are u using carbon cabin filter, if yes then this is normal.
