For rear axle making some noise like there is some stuff at the boot shaking sound when car going over bumps, would it cause any safety concern if continue using it and not replace the rear axle ?

When sent to SC to check and claim warranty, they have the parts to replace it on the same day or need to back order to replace it another day?

I went to SC to check the rear noise when going over bumps issue but the noise not occurred when sent to SC.

Now foreman cannot check because no sound and absorber checked is good condition,

The rear noise is intermittent but occur daily. that is sucks. I just took leave for it to be checked but cannot found solution.

when the noise occur, it is continuous for the day, then next day maybe got sound or no sound.

This thing really suck. Last time SC tightened the rear axle beam when got the nyek sound. Now i ask them to tighten it again, if not SC wont take any corrective action to fix it.

Current issues
- Rear noise when going over bump even at low speed.
- Door front panel sound. Fixed by SC but sound came back right after fixed not long.
- Car braking got nyeeeee sound when starting the car not long. After drive for a while, sound disappear. Already checked by SC but cannot solve.
- Car jerking when between 10 - below 40kmph. Issue fixed when replace fuel pump product recall but after 6 months, same issue reoccur.

The door panel noise is tick tick tick , which when you press the panel no sound. near the panel and the seat belt hanger.

brake grease applied every service, still same issue.
