Nope 1st time hearing it.
Mind sharing more about it?
Well, it's just like any other fitness tracker, really. A subsidiary of the Fossil watchmaker company, Misfit focuses on fitness tracker and smartwatches. I recently saw and bought one Misfit Flash for RM68 (
MisFit Flash for RM68 at Lazadahere). What interests me is that it doesn't need to be charged using USB as it uses battery for watches and could last about 4-6 months. The higher-end smartwatches have GPS, but MisFit Flash doesn't (but that's a boost for me, as I am a bit paranoid of it tracking my location).
So far, using it had been pretty nice, as it has a clip-on, and being plastic (silicone-like) cover, it's pretty sturdy.
The app is MisFit app in Android, and it allows adding Friends through Facebook or usernames.
(MisFit Apps) But I haven't found any, and from your question, I think not many knows or uses MisFit compared to FitBit, Suunto, or Garmin watches.
For those who'd want more style, there's MisFit Ray, that can camouflage as a necklace, and can withstand swimming depth up to 50m.
Basically, casual user trying to get more active, it's a nice, non-immersive (set and forget) fitness tracker.
