QUOTE(hao @ Sep 18 2007, 01:09 PM) Speaking about smells, I noticed that different clans has their own smell and that's how the gerbils differentiate the groups. My boys and their tank have different smell than my girls and their tank. Yeah... Agree with that. I think males clan has stronger smell than the females. Lil bit should have no problem, as long is not very serious. If have bleeding nose problem, then you need to check on your own what cause them to have it. We can't tell you exactly. May be bedding, or like my case coconut shell.

He might get himself injured with that aroma burner. Bungee got himself injured last time at his eye's part. So you might need to check on the aroma burner see whether there's hole that can stuck him.

QUOTE(zoejehuty @ Sep 20 2007, 12:23 PM) so if let say wat foo u say la, if intro i take all the things out, jus left food and water.. do i need to clean the toy those thing that take out when the time i reput back after the gerbils intro success ??? Yup. Everything must be wash to eliminate their smell. It's better to wash your tank & put in new bedding before you start to intro new member into a clan. Toys can only be put back in when the intro has succeed. But wooden house can only to put back in after 2weeks or 1 month after the success intro. |

QUOTE(-Abtic- @ Sep 23 2007, 05:07 PM) Hmm..Plastic. Is it really that expensive? But what's the cost of that thing when you get from a factory? Take in consideration it is only plastic. I'm not sure the price direct from factory. May be it is because it is plastic which is convenient to carry around rather than glass type that is heavy. But for your price RM23, you can only get it for a 1.5ft plastic tank in KL.This post has been edited by babymoli: Sep 23 2007, 10:21 PM |
