Sarri has given him some decent minutes this season, comparable to even the much hyped jaden sancho's first professional year with dortmund.  Yes he can feel a bit annoyed with a couple of games where he didn't come on earlier but like you said,he's bloody eighteen,playing his FIRST year with the senior squad. He's good but he's no mbappe.

If he can't see the rapid decline of both pedro and willian while feeling confident of genuinely making a claim for a first team spot next season, then that's his loss. Good luck getting ahead of gnabry,coman,and muller.  Let's just take the money and reinvest it in other areas. Submitting a transfer request when we're lacking cover in both wing positions is practically betraying the club and his teammates.
