Jz went to TM point, straight change to 100mbps rm129 after the staff said we have no idea where or if the turbo will reach u so wait until July 2019 and by then haven't turbo yet, come back here and we will arrange for u

Pretty fast process, less than 20 min.. juz thumb print and contract renewal 2 years.. and the unifi portal already shown 100mbps status active

Yup.. did u ask the staff to process now, on the spot?
It's not my 1st time there so I know , they can process it on the spot/OTC, hence <20 min waiting at the counter

But pls be polite with them, I saw some customer speak and treat them kinda like asshole but the staff jz reply everything with a smile.. but the staff said Nd to wait 3 to 5 working days

Mine ended on July 2016
Went to upgrade rm129 100mbps
Evening packaged changed to 100mbps best
2 days later, package changed to turbo 100mbps

So 1gb file complete around
100mbps = 1.25 min
300mbps = 0.25 min

If not then so be it and I would like MCMC to comment on it, whether they think it is fair or otherwise or whatever rather than stay silent and only say things like "we have asked TM to investigate" or "TM is still investigating the matter".
I also re-read my old emails to MCMC (as old as 2010, ya man I been usin unifi since then xD ) complaining about TM, and... well, read this excerpt from 1 of my emails:

I believe I am entitled to another rebate since TM have proven once again that they are sleazy lying bastards. I don't care if the amount is lower than the one I already received.

MCMC please respond. I am tired of your passiveness and lack of communication despite my numerous emails. I know you are busy since there are lots of complaints against TM but I don't think you are busy till the extent of TOTALLY ignoring a complainant.


I also wrote in BM, made me chuckle reading this excerpt from 2010:

If you have a valid issue with Maxis, Celcom or Digi, you're likely to get a speedy, fair resolution if you report to MCMC.
