Best you find out all your options. From TM, Maxis and if got, from Time. Ask building management if got plans for fibre.
Those in high-rise and on 30M / 50M now and the infra cannot support higher speeds, and paying more than RM119 / 129 should get your package price changed. Apparently this reduction is now available. You can even try customer service via chat or phone first to check if it can be done and may not even need to go to TMPoint. If anyone does this, please post here to confirm.
If your infra can support higher speeds, you are not eligible for this price, as you can get the RM129 100M anyway. I think this is to renew your contract for 2 years.
There should be no reason for users to keep paying the old higher prices. So please find out whether your prices can be reduced.
Has anyone upgraded to the new packages this week without going to TMPoint? It seems you can do it by calling them, but as customer service tells different things sometimes, it would be good to get confirmation from users who have actually done it recently.
Justnow went TMpoint they offer me rm139/30M

I just okay..... and walk away without any further nego.

If you just want a pure internet service and don't use the Unifi TV package, just switch no need to think.
Even if TM try to match maxis price their service will be limited by copper. Unless maxis is also using copper infra, it's not worth the bother to deal with TM asking for a price reduction.
However if you want to keep your Unifi TV then go ahead and pressure them for a price reduction.
What Time Fibre, are they available in your building?
yea i think directly jump ship easier, my tv no open more than 5 times a year.
no news for time, gotta confirm with building management before go maxis.
