I just enquired at tmpoint and was told that I need to cancel my existing turboed 500mps before can apply a new rm129 package. Is it true? I thought we should be able to downgrade to the new 100mps package without installing a new one. I am worried that applying a new one rather than downgrade will stop my current hypptv box usage. Opinion?

Just received call from TM with private number. She mentioned since mine turbo to 300mbps and don't plan to keep this plan, she will escalate back to TM Point and my plan will become rm129 800mbps eventho my initial upgrade is 30mbps to 100mbps. Weird shit man.

Shall wait and see what they give me in a few days.

Went to tm point yesterday ask for downgrade my existing 100mbps with paying rm 199 to 100mbps rm 129 but the stuff told me still under contract not allow me downgrade is that true if under contract not allow downgrade my plan to rm 129? But both plan look alike

sure? I read somewhere now is allowed to switch without penalty.

Currently still under contract 50mbps RM189. So if i opt for 100mbps RM129 consider upgrade speed right?
