Anybody being the victim of 'you have to pay the remaining months' for early termination? How do you want to terminate by just paying the one off penalty?

QUOTE(lowyat9999 @ Oct 11 2018, 01:56 PM) unifi or unifi tv? the new 30mbps RM79 plan early termination is remaining month, but if you wan one off, change to 100mbps then is one off RM500 extracted from unifi FAQ Any termination within the contract period: o unifi Basic – a penalty of remaining months will be imposed; o unifi 100Mbps and other old packages – a penalty fee of RM500 will be imposed. The early termination penalty for unifi TV pack before the minimum period of 12 months will be based on the on the remaining monthly subscription fee of the unifi TV pack you subscribed: o Aneka+/Varnam+/Ruby+: RM30/month o Ultimate: RM60/month Dayum Brother.. You're such a lifesaver. My sister unifi plan is the 30 Mbps RM 139 (RM 145 SST). She subscribe just before our current minister bising bising to the telco to offer much lower price plan.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 31 2018, 02:10 PM) Yes, still can do in certain TM Points but need to serve 30-day notice. Menara TM is one of the places that still can do termination. Thanks fruitie. I guess no luck then for JB people. Im asking on behalf of my nephew termination.

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Hi. Effective August 2018, all TM customers who intend to terminate their service must pay their outstanding bill and provide 30 days notice prior to termination. Penalty fee will be imposed if terminate less than contract period. Please pay your outstanding bill within 30 days from the notice date before you proceed with termination. BTU/modem must be returned at TMpoint. May we have the termination reason, please? Guys, I've contacted tm Twitter for termination. And they asked for reason? What reason u guys usually give? In this case my brother have finished study. So he want to place his UniFi at my current address This post has been edited by syncomp: Oct 31 2018, 05:48 PM

QUOTE(winyap991 @ Oct 31 2018, 07:42 PM) This one to be confirmed or everybody under RYE 100 Mbps package already got 500 mbps? I got two unifi under my name Both are 100 Mbps, one RYE and one more the normal 100 Mbps The normal already got upgraded to 800 Mbps. But the RYE is waiting to be upgraded. If this is true RYE got 500 Mbps, then it is not as what TM has announced back in mid year This post has been edited by syncomp: Oct 31 2018, 08:05 PM
