Hi guys,
I had received sms on the 800mbps upgrade, however after the testings, it seems to only be reaching <100mbps.
I'm currently living in a High Rise building. Is there a way for me to check if it is currently using vdsl? Or is it as the 1st page stated, it is only vdsl if there is a ZTE ZXHN H267A in the connection chain? As I believe vdsl could not reached 800mbps speeds.

QUOTE(elmond @ Sep 18 2018, 05:16 PM) BTU model definetely the good way to confirm VDSL or not. unifi VDSL is capable to max 100mbps if infrastructure allow. the good news is vdsl will have at least max speed 30mbps turbo but not sure the price tag will be reduce or not. Hi elmond, Our BTU model is the Alcatel Lucent I-240-G model which I believe from the 1st page can support up to 1gbps. Is that an indicator that it is not vdsl? If so, i'm guessing it is an issue on the TM side as we're already using a 1gbps capable router and cat6 cables.

QUOTE(elmond @ Sep 18 2018, 05:27 PM) yours is on fibre not vdsl, go ahead with live chart technical team, they might help. i'm assume you had read the first page for troubleshoot as well. Hi, Yeah, I've troubleshoot based on the 1st page. - Currently using Asus RT-N18U which supports 1gbps - BTU Alcatel Lucent I-240-G supports 1gbps as well - All connected using Dintek cat6 lan cables Anything that I missed? Anyway, I guess I'll be calling their hotline to check on their side. And maybe as per 1st page, might be btu configuration issue as well? Thanks by the way for helping
