Got turbo-ed 300mbps shown in my unifi portal, but speed is 100mbps (Already check with cat5e cable and gigabit port).

Now I need to check with TM whether I am paying 300mbps price but getting 100mbps speed. rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Sorry for the post, I left out checking cable from BTU to my router. My bad notworthy.gif

Able to get ~280mbps on 5ghz wifi, then I suspect they haven help me change plan to 100mbps.

Will check with them tomorrow again.

Yup, just replaced with a Cat 6 cable, slightly improved to ~315mbps on 5Ghz wifi.

Bro, mind speed test on 5ghz WiFi on tenda AC18?

Mine is turned 300mbps yesterday, speedtest highest ~320mbps on WiFi 5ghz close range. Upstairs 200~280mbps.

I buy with discount voucher at RM282, last few weeks I heard promo at RM260+. You can survey in shopee or lazada.

On 300mbps package, on my house 2nd floor wifi 5ghz is around 200-280mbps. Close range around 310mbps. Consider not bad for me. rclxms.gif

Can put DNS at WAN or LAN. DHCP not sure can disable or not but I did set fixed IP for my permanent devices.

Mine took more than 5 days haven settle, but yesterday turbo-ed to 300mbps. Not gonna pay rm179 for 300mbps tho, just done escalation and need to wait them check.

First upgrade was TM Point Kelana Jaya, then wait until Saturday go TM Quill City mall upgrade, but mentioned their system error cannot see the plan. Just now go Menara TM complaint and they escalate for me. Now wait again. My new bill showing rm202 tho which is my 30mbps plan with prorated fee.

No worries. So far all change to 100mbps smoothly. Some even turbo after change to 100mbps.

Just received call from TM with private number. She mentioned since mine turbo to 300mbps and don't plan to keep this plan, she will escalate back to TM Point and my plan will become rm129 800mbps eventho my initial upgrade is 30mbps to 100mbps. Weird shit man.

Shall wait and see what they give me in a few days.

I told her mine rm179 300mbps that's why want downgrade since others getting rm139 300mbps. I don't mind the speed is 100. Then she say mine will be upgrade to 800. Then I reconfirm she say same thing. Rm129 for 800mbps 😅😅 hope so la. Update here again

Different case bro. Mine requested to upgrade from 30mbps to 100mbps before turbo since last Thursday but upon checking she mentioned order did not create by TM Point Kelana Jaya and Quill city mall. I got turbo to 300mbps yesterday night and my new bill charging me rm179 30mbps but not rm129 plan She say will escalate to upgrade my plan and will get turbo 800mbps paying the same price rm129. Let's see how in a few days.

I reconfirm with her saying the 100mbps is turbo from 10mbps so shouldn't get turbo to 800mbps. But she say mine special case since sudah turbo and no order created more than 5 days with wrong plan in bill. So I actually confused and mind fuck too.
