Yet yesterday at around 1.47 pm, I received a SMS saying that my request to change HyppTV Everywhere Plan A (promo) to Plan A (promo) (RM0/mth) is successful.
I have never asked to change my HyppTV package. I did ask for turbo upgrade via livechat months ago.
If the above order meant for turbo, how long normally do they need to complete it?
