Do you think it’s fair that we are charge our full subscription amount even though we are not turboed?

Because of the new RM129 /100Mbps, those who are paying RM189 and more should be rebated until they are turboed.. anybody brought this up to MCMC?

I made a complaint to CFM about this.

Now CFM have forwarded the issue to SKMM. We'll see what Gobind will do. Fxxk TM!

I waited for 1 month and let them charge me before making my complaint. You cannot say it's free turbo when others are paying much lesser than essentially the same service!

I am paying RM199 plus SST/month. If we have to wait till June 2019 then TM is the worst company in Malaysia! The fair thing to do is to give rebates while in the process of upgrading, and charge pro-rate for the month when turboed is done.

I don't care if those who use latest equipment or under contract getting upgrades first, what I want is for us who are made to wait, should not be charged the full speed amount when there is a new price for our current speed (RM129/month for 100Mbps)!
