Just wonder if TM is throttling torrent on its new Unifi 30Mbps and 100Mbps subscribers, other than those Turboed users, since the current Unifi packages are basically turboed-services.

So far, i managed to download more than 1TB a month...still no throttling.

If you came from a package with an STB already provided you don't have to return it. In fact can continue using even on the RM129 plan.

Hi guys. I went to TM Point just now and try to change from Rm139 30mbps bonanza to Rm 129 100mbps and they said after changing to new plan you will not be able to watch unifi tv show on Television set anymore and if you still want to watch them you have to add Rm30 for ultimate tv package. Is it true ?

Got 1 question, my speed test can get full speed 100Mbps, download at Microsoft website also can get around this speed, why torrent download movie speed most of the time is in-consistent at less then 30Mbps?
*
There are many reason behind the slow download speed of downloading torrent files.

First Of all, you need to understand how torrent works.

it is a decentralized, peer to peer connection, Means there is not a single server serving you the files.

So if speed is slow then you can't blame the server. Because the number of devices that are seeding the torrent are called seeders.

The number of seeder and the number of peers play a very important role here.

If there are lots of seeder and the peer number is very low then you will enjoy high download speed.

If seeder is lower than the peers then the torrent download will be slower.

How to effectively overcome slow torrent download speed.

Don't use uTorrent like software.

Wait, what??

But man, I only use this software.

Second reason is that, ISP like TM throttles download speed if they find that you are downloading torrent files. If your ISP is throttling your speed although you have high speed connection then you will need to use VPN for torrenting.

If you want to increase download speed you need to use online torrent client instead of 'software clients'.

Why so?

Because an online bittorrent client has dedicated server and they can download torrent files much faster than you.

That's why you will enjoy much faster download speed.

Best online Torrent client to increase torrent download speed:

You can use cloud torrent downloader

So here I have shown you the two working method to download torrent files with full speed. If your ISP ought to give you 100mbps then you will surely enjoy the full speed if you follow my tutorial properly.
