Your area got unifi covered ?

that"s weird. i upgraded from streamyx to unifi 100mb and still using the same phone number

to all boss,

if i currently using the unifi 10mbps package, and upgrade the RM129 100mbps package

the telephone number must change new? the Tv box cannot use watch tv? kindly advise

I want to subscribe to Unifi, all the agents and even their website shows that my area is available for Unifi. when I try to register online through unifi.com.my, my address did not show up in the system, all of my neighbors houses is in the system. When I call TM, they said I have to go to TM Point myself. WHen I went to TM point, at first the employee there said that my house is to far away from their port, then they show me their service map, I noticed, there is  a house which is further than my house which have unifi. When I call their lies, they then changed their answer to there is no infrastructure available at our area. The port is full. But I know for sure, there are only a few people that subscribe unifi or even have streamyx at their house.

I've been trying to follow up this issue through several channel of TM/Unifi, Facebook Messenger, TM live Chat and even call. I've been ignored through Facebook Messenger and their TM Live chat and still waiting on customer service

Any advice for me to proceed with this issue.
