Received sms telling me that i got the unifiTV free...and ask me to let them know if i didn't subscribed to it. So i've sent them e-mail telling them why they i didn't and not intended to. After that receive another sms telling me that my unifi had been turbo'ed. Reset my router and yes i get turbo'ed.
Now is suspecting that they want me to maintaining paying 149 for the 100mb with the additional 20 is for the unifiTV.
Anyone having the same thing like me.
Should i go to downgrade to 129 for 100mb or port to Maxis....
And one more issue that unifi told me that they're not goin to upgrade my stone age D link L7 router....

I should move to 129 if i ntended to stay at unifi..why pay 20 more just to free myself from the 2 yrs contract right. Warranty ?? but they told me no new router wor...i ask this thru online chat and also phone, same answer....

Granted 149+ X is a lot to pay for 100 Mbps. You can choose to switch to 100/129 at no penalty. TM routers aren't worth the expense or extra contact time. Just buy your own.

Ohh...maybe my existing really come with unifiTV but maybe only basic channel..sorry coz i nvr really border about the hypptv all this year..
I still will get my own router later but they way TM treat us on the router issue, kind of not really fair to old customer like me...
149 i donno it's alot of not for 100mb but why sud i pay 149 when others new customer only pay 129...

I havent do anything yet..just get the turbo last friday ...now speedtest only show 40++mb on my hp speedtest. Tried using wired once at it get 95mb...but i when i load some movie, seem like no different with b4 as well..anyway i'm no good with this actually..
Now oso considering whether to maintain 100mb but sure will willing to pay rm 129 only or switch to maxis and take 30mb only....
