I'm on the same package costing me RM180/= per month, contract going to expire in October 2018.
I asked TM and they don't give a damn if you opt out to their new 100Mbps@RM129/= or not.
They said if you opt out, your 10X upgrade would become ineligible.
What to do??? Wait for another 3 months and see, after all already burnt for 23 months.
Last time, the "Thank You campaign" (30 to 50 Mbps) took me 3 month's waiting time.
I'm waiting with long neck for the 500Mbps.....................................

TM suckers may not tell you that after downgrading, you are no more on their 10X-turbo list, meaning no more eligible.
They "syok" making rabbit-netizen playing the waiting game with a piece of carrot hanging in front.
Like the previous "Thank you" campaign last year, many people waited but in the end a blank on them.
I was lucky I got my 30--->50Mbps, but I am least thankful because I have not defaulted the monthly bills even a single days for the past 4 years or so and I have never a single time asking for technical assistance.

I am awaiting for my 10X-turbo and I guess this time maybe just the loud sound of thunder because TM don't really have the technical staffs to handle all the aftermath of complaints that will come after being turboed.

Will wait till 31-12-2018 and see 。。。。。。。that means RM50x3=RM150 for a waiting game 。。。。。。。
