I paid RM8.94 ST for last month bill. Now, TM is charging RM3.45 ST for last month bill again.
I don't understand.

Just got turbo from VIP10 plan, 10 to 100Mbps yesterday.
I was given Aneka+ Pack and unifi playTV Plan A. Both are FOC as part of the upgrade. Do you guys get it as part of the turbo upgrade? I requested CS to change to Ruby Pack. I gave up when I was told need to re-contract for 12 months. Currently using TM provided router, D-Link L7-N-R2000. Speedtest shows max 50 - 60Mbps. Guess that I need to change the old router. |

Residential High Speed Internet
xxxxx@unifi Promo Discount Perpetual Promo Discount RM10 Residential Internet Security Online Guard Plus UniFi Free 1 Month Subscription Fee I am paying RM149 for 10Mbps prior to turbo. Same price after turbo for 100Mbps. Based on my calculation... After turbo, Unifi forces Aneka+ pack down my throat rather than reducing my plan price to RM129. Gave me RM10 discount to make the final amount to RM149. 100Mbps (RM129) + Aneka Pack (RM 30) - Promo Discount (RM10) = RM149 |

QUOTE(oxpigb00 @ Oct 29 2018, 09:14 AM) hi all. the other day my unifi connection was disconnected so I proceeded to restart the whole thing. the internet connection was back to normal. however I could watch hypptv but without the audio. I think this has something to do with the HDMI input right? how do I fix this? Test with spare HDMI cable to confirm your current HDMI cable is not faulty. If not faulty, call Unifi support. Maybe BTU faulty. I had personal experience with faulty BTU causing video pixelated for all channels. |

QUOTE(jagjag @ Oct 29 2018, 10:24 AM) Received sms telling me that i got the unifiTV free...and ask me to let them know if i didn't subscribed to it. So i've sent them e-mail telling them why they i didn't and not intended to. After that receive another sms telling me that my unifi had been turbo'ed. Reset my router and yes i get turbo'ed. Same here. Unifi pushed Aneka+ pack to me after the turbo and maintains the price of RM149 after RM10 discount (RM129 + RM30 - RM10)Now is suspecting that they want me to maintaining paying 149 for the 100mb with the additional 20 is for the unifiTV. Anyone having the same thing like me. Should i go to downgrade to 129 for 100mb or port to Maxis.... And one more issue that unifi told me that they're not goin to upgrade my stone age D link L7 router.... I am now considering changing plan to 100Mbps for RM129. |

QUOTE(soyusa @ Oct 29 2018, 10:41 AM) Whether you like it or not, TM bundle both UnifiTV and Unifi fibre as one package and we have to take it. BTU comes with lifetime warranty. Just got mine replaced at no extra cost or new contract. No UnifiTV, mean no Unifi fibre. Else, move to Maxis Fibre for RM129 on 100Mbps with unlimited voice calls (plus two years contract)? I think if you change from RM149 to RM129, most likely you will need to renew two years contract, you shall get free STD20 Voice package (600 minutes), UnifiTV package and One year extended warranty for all Unifi equipment (BTU, Router, STB), I'm not sure Wireless Dect Phone is part of the extended warranty. Still... please contact TM careline (or drop-by to TM Point) to confirm are you able to change from RM149 to RM129 for same 100Mbps? If I'm in your shoe... I'll stay with Unifi. |

QUOTE(soyusa @ Oct 29 2018, 09:44 PM) Yup... I'm using that too. ^^ Are you saying existing router and STB get extra 1 year warranty if changed plan to 100Mbps RM129/mth? Well... move on with 100Mbps with RM129 per-month. Router and STB ==> extra 1 year warranty, if the device not working correctly, call TM helpline and they will dispatch technician come over to check, they will replaced it if it faulty. Yup... I forgot it, only Wireless router and STB with extra 1 year warranty. BTU is lifetime warranty and we need to return it to TM if no longer use their services. What I understand is there will be no new equipment given to existing subscribers even though you signed a new 24 months contract. |

QUOTE(ThornsFC @ Oct 31 2018, 11:26 PM) Let's say, According to CS, if the reported fault is due to Unifi side, no service charge. Scenario 1: Technicians come to replace equipment for contract renewal. Scenario 2: Technicians come to replace some very old equipment such as the TM provided L7 router that can't support turbo speed. Do we have to pay the RM53 service charge for these scenarios. Not sure if you can collect the new router at TM Point and then install by yourself. |

Is Cat 7 cable overkill for 100Mbps? Future proof. Price gap with Cat 6 is not big.
