fruitie 10:12 AM I received a call +60379333300, but I didn't manage to pick up. I think is from TM & I also don't receive any turbo. I've called back, but line busy. Does your bill include SST?

QUOTE(imalmighty @ Sep 27 2018, 03:10 PM) No surprise tho, apologiss has to be mortgaged with action or some sort of compensation, lip service I can promise to pluck stars from the sky for you too. The excuse I suspect they come out with that in the nick of time, where u dont have enough evidence to hold them accountable. My experience with TM is you need report number. Without it, talk until upside down also useless, unless you're a high ranking status people that got backbones. If you know what I'm saying. If you're staying like Sierramas Sungai Buloh nearby Chua Soi Lek then easy 'gao tim' |

QUOTE(miloaisdino @ Oct 1 2018, 01:15 PM) Wont happen. They need to lay their fibre from scratch SGD 40 + 7 % And your pricing v outdated leh.. in sg for the past 2 years it has been sgd$39 for 1gbps, which means rm117/mth (includes asus router subsidy) https://viewqwest.com/vqlp/comex2018/ |

QUOTE(ahlek @ Oct 1 2018, 01:35 PM) i guess tm start adjust the pricing , some turboed already get additional discount, may be they try to make the price more standard rather than unfair or funny funny different price. Don't forget about SST charges.189 = 800 (ultimate +free call) 179 = 500 (ultimate +free call) 169 = 300 (ultimate +free call) 159 = 100 (ultimate +free call) 129 = 100 (1 package + free call ) |

QUOTE(miloaisdino @ Oct 1 2018, 01:48 PM) Our TM also worst. I called them about turbo & wait for 30 minutes. They can't even pass over to the technical stuff which I'd like to ask about the coverage so simple stuff. ViewQwest > TM |

TM really main Tai chi with me. They can't give me an exact answer about my TURBO status. Every month pays RM 200.35 can't even enjoy 2 Gbps. 100 Mbps is really for beggars.

QUOTE(neekun @ Oct 6 2018, 12:02 AM) I was told to go this website by 100 customer service to check for eligibility of turbo upgrade. I diao her gao gao for giving me a non existent url She talked very gentle & polite with me so I didn't 'tiu' her. AFAIK, they can't check for the eligibility. I'd like to check whether my area or the main point supported or not. She even mentioned my router or BTU supported, but this one I already know. Her voice is sweet |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 10 2018, 04:43 PM) TM Seremban just called me to explain why I didn't get Turbo 800 and my guess was right due to the price I'm paying. Literally, they treated your case like UniFi Pro 50 Mbps - RYE 201x >> 500 Mbps which some user didn't apply the RM 10 extra for 100 Mbps.I didn't accept this reason because pricing is not controlled by me, why should I be penalized? She was telling me I will be paying for RM 169 now but is it my problem? So, yeah she understands and will feedback. I said I was told I will be paying RM 179 and suddenly becomes RM 169 is also not my problem. She said she can see I was given with discounts in backend, memang pun, not I give it to myself... E.g. My friend stayed in SS2 manage to get 500 Mbps @ RM 179. I think my area still haven't received 800 Mbps yet. |
