Anyone got idea about my Unifi 100mbps previously RM189 now become RM129?

I should entitle for Turbo upgrade. But the latest bill become cheaper.

No surprise tho, apologiss has to be mortgaged with action or some sort of compensation, lip service I can promise to pluck stars from the sky for you too. The excuse I suspect they come out with that in the nick of time, where u dont have enough evidence to hold them accountable.

i got 2 house both upgraded near contract ending period
my bratha in penang also the same just recently upgraded
thn i ask my friends & k/ 2 take note of tis, most of them also said the same

Service start is not meaning your contract.Service start and contract start is not same.
My service start june 2017,but my contract is already end.

And your pricing v outdated leh.. in sg for the past 2 years it has been sgd$39 for 1gbps, which means rm117/mth (includes asus router subsidy)

i guess tm start adjust the pricing , some turboed already get additional discount, may be they try to make the price more standard rather than unfair or funny funny different price.

189 = 800 (ultimate +free call)
179 = 500 (ultimate +free call)
169 = 300 (ultimate +free call)
159 = 100 (ultimate +free call)
129 = 100 (1 package + free call )

U currently subscribed or not? If u currently subscribed, it means if u terminate your port will be taken by someone else. If u are not subscribed to unifi yet, u cannot subscribe due to no port available

After several complaint, tm remove my ruby pack, rm159 exclusive sst for now.

I was told to go this website by 100 customer service to check for eligibility of turbo upgrade. I diao her gao gao for giving me a non existent url 

TM Seremban just called me to explain why I didn't get Turbo 800 and my guess was right due to the price I'm paying.

I didn't accept this reason because pricing is not controlled by me, why should I be penalized? She was telling me I will be paying for RM 169 now but is it my problem?

So, yeah she understands and will feedback. I said I was told I will be paying RM 179 and suddenly becomes RM 169 is also not my problem. She said she can see I was given with discounts in backend, memang pun, not I give it to myself...
