BTU model definetely the good way to confirm VDSL or not.

unifi VDSL is capable to max 100mbps if infrastructure allow.

the good news is vdsl will have at least max speed 30mbps turbo but not sure the price tag will be reduce or not.

yours is on fibre not vdsl, go ahead with live chart technical team, they might help.
i'm assume you had read the first page for troubleshoot as well.

 However if you need the unlimited connection, we recommend for you to upgrade to our unifi
100Mbps plan.

just ask TM revise price else jump to Maxis, if still prefer unifi, you may opt to rm79 30mbps (no quota on 2018).

for VDSL, suppose yes if copper is very short distance to the MDF room

anyone familiar with times broadband connected to new highrise?

i'm curious how the times broadband install all the equipment when the original MDF room was occupied by TM.

for those using vdsl highrise, it's better wait Times instead of Maxis, the Times coverage was way aggressive on high rise, last week, mine and neighbor apartment were not offer Times, but some further away were. i check again by yesterday, Times had supported to my neighbor apartment.

30 Mbps basic RM79

Download speed up to 30Mbps and upload speed up to 10Mbps
Flat rate 20sen/min to all mobile and fixed line nationwide
