For those who want to downgrade, can just downgrade T0 30mbps since no quota now.
Ltr if they implement quota next year then can upgrade to 50 or 100mbps. Then can save 200 bucks for better router. This will works right since they always encourage upgrade? |

Can anyone confirm that TM point Quill City Mall able to downgrade or terminate package?
I'm getting all different answers from live chat, one Cs even said Sunway pyramid can terminate but I know they don't provide downgrade service anymore. |
