been silently waiting for my turbo 800mbps for 2 months.. i checking here a lot got upgraded..
i tried my luck talking to Tm live chat ytd... bring up that a lot been paying Rm129 for 100Mbps while im pay Rm189 for 100Mbps and is Rm60 extra per month.. when can i get turbo? mentioned to CS, im landed, router support and ftth, there wont be any technical issue. The cs mentioned they dont know when because is selected customer. I insist on opening up a report ID for several time, finally after mentioned mcmc(the magic word) he open a report ID for me. Today surprisingly i got a SMS, i'm been turbo-ed! Hope im not too late to enjoy the turbo |
