aa far as i know..

ultimate pack = RM60
normal pack = RM30

if you upgrade from normal pack (which is already RM30 charged) to ultimate pack .. should be additional RM30..nothing special i think...

RM30 (normal pack) + RM30 (additional) = RM60 ( ultimate pack)

care to share your dashboard? has the discount change from "Promo Discount 24 months" to "Promo Discount Perpetual"?

TMpoint Kajang promise me that i should get turbo in this coming 2 weeks and the discount will change to perpetual once turboed. is it true? anyone from bonanza?

They told me like that too. Then I asked her to change my plan to 30mbps basic (RM79) since if got turbo next year, let say June 2019, I only enjoy 300mbps at RM139 only for few months.

Then she said the 30mbps basic got quota which then i showed her the printed FAQ from TM website stating the quota will only be imposed next year too.

After that, she went to see her boss, and offer me the turbo upgrade withing this 2 weeks.

i refused the offer and still want to proceed with the RM79 30mbps mentioning to her that RM139 is not perpetual and only 24 months.

Then she said the discount will be perpetual once turboed..

Yes, if you upgrade e.g 30mbps advance to 100mbps lite, you already have standard pack (aneka , etc) with you + stb. topup another RM30, will give you ultimate pack.

Differ from new user, they need to topup RM30 just to watch unifitv through STB, and another RM30 for ultimate.

haha.. i proceed for the turbo. she photocopied my IC and that's it.

300mbps for RM139, ...why not..

thats why i asked here if anyone with bonanza got turbo or not.. is it true perpetual or not..

if not, then will go again to tmpoint to change to rm79 before they turboed me..

- 1 month later, try to apply for RM129/100Mbps. TMP Kajang, unwilling to do it. Saying many excuses.. Go to Cyberjaya, they give a form and process my application. Thumb print everything. After 3-4 days still not getting new speed (long holiday last time). On last day got Turboed to 300Mbps. My last package. Next working day go again to Cyberjaya to cancel the RM129. Now maintain RM139/300Mbps.

I think you can fight back. there is penalty for termination of unifiTV pack. however i believe 100mbps plan@RM129 still have the VAR Pack...hence it suppose to be consider as downgrade the unifiTV pack.

As per their FAQ, downgrade the pack will only cost you RM10.

So the 2weeks turbo upgrade promised by TM point kajang has passed. Still not upgrade.

And yesterday, I decided to upgrade 100mbps Best instead.

Today morning, I received a SMS to pay my outstanding (although latest bill is - RM2.65)

After paid the full amount, and received the confirmation SMS , check again my account, already upgraded to 100mbps Best from 30mbps bonanza.

The speed test using my Samsung note 3, with standard equipments from TM i.e. 850L. Both with 2.4ghz and 5ghz

Last time I check with TM Point Kajang, they still have old plan i.e. RM139 for 30mbps though which will be turbo upgrade to 300mbps if your infra support. However, the upgrade may begin only by next year if you sub now

2.what is the speed if you directly connect your device to dir 850l using 2.4ghz? You only mention about 5ghz
3. How do you connect your power line to Asus router? By cable or WiFi?
4. What is the speed if you connect directly to your powerline I.e without Asus router..
5. What is the speed if you connect directly with cable to your Asus router
6. And I believe you should know that if possible directly connect the power line to the power socket instead of using power socket extension
7. You can try to reset the power line as describe here

Me too upgrade from 30mbps to 100mbps.. Around 2 weeks with 100mbps, feel like my internet getting worse. The connection not stable and sometime got 'connected but no internet'. Some website takes longer to load eventhough speedtest through speedtest and fast.com always showed around 100mbps.
