I’m currently on contract ending next month.RM199 for 30mbps. Asked Tm point if I can switch to RM129 for 100mbps when contract ends. They say have to terminate and sign up under different name. Anyone manage to downgrade under the same name/account?

Previously on 30mbps and got Turbo upgrade to 500mbps last week.
Went into TM Point Taman Desa this morning, queue for 15 mins. Switched to RM129 for 100 Mbps package. Checked 4 hours later, new package already effective. No need to come check/change modem. Still can use old Hypp tv box as usual. They mentioned current month bill will be pro rated. |
