care to share your dashboard? has the discount change from "Promo Discount 24 months" to "Promo Discount Perpetual"?

TMpoint Kajang promise me that i should get turbo in this coming 2 weeks and the discount will change to perpetual once turboed. is it true? anyone from bonanza?

i make a call to Unifi CS, he said no way to expedite the 300mbps turbo upgrade process, unless i plan to get the 100mbps RM129 package and renew the 2 yrs contract again . And this can only done via TMPoint due to monetary wise is considered downgraded from RM139 to RM129.

tm guy at counter say because my aneka plus have 1 year contract and should be expired on jan 2019, i upgrade so need to pay penalty the remaining 3 month. if i upgrade on jan 2019 don't have to pay penalty at all.

I see... It's quite hard to request something that's they not offered already + you also giving a choice like that. My suggestion, push for 1 thing like..

- Request for RM139 for 30 Mbps (to be turbo to 300) -> they offered this package just before 129/100Mbps.

- Upgrade to 100Mbps (to be turbo to 800) with current monthly.. Maybe can try asking for RM189 since maybe people paying this for RYE promo last time.

Another advice, if you can go to TMPoint Cyberjaya.. They have form titled 'Customer Retention Program', where you can request xx monthly fee for each old package 30/50/100. XX is after discussion with their staff.

1 think confirm can get is RM129/100Mbps with contract refresh.

MY own experience.

- Downgrade to 30Mbps from 50Mbps (RM179 to 139) at TMPoint Kajang. This done it after few hours. This is when they offer RM139 for 30Mbps.
- 1 month later, try to apply for RM129/100Mbps. TMP Kajang, unwilling to do it. Saying many excuses.. Go to Cyberjaya, they give a form and process my application. Thumb print everything. After 3-4 days still not getting new speed (long holiday last time). On last day got Turboed to 300Mbps. My last package. Next working day go again to Cyberjaya to cancel the RM129. Now maintain RM139/300Mbps.

Not everybody lucky lol, some who went to downgrade to 100mbps, and no counteroffer. Consider myself lucky.

Went home after 3 hours still same speed.

One question, if I change to RM129 100mbps. Will my HpyyTV box still usable? As I use it to install the app and watching live tv.
