I opened report ticket on 6/10 because they remoce STD20 from my (mom's) account
5/10 "upgrade" 10 - > 100 Mbps BEST That evening, confirm my acc upgraded with STD20 free 6/10 at 3.30 am, TM idiotly turbo-ed my acc, received SMS you have been turbo-ed, fuk off TM i have to renew contract then got turbo?! Check at Unifi portal 100Mbps BEST converted to 100 Mbps turbo. STD20 is removed from system! WTF. Instant open ticket via online chat. Today my issue still not resolved. Call 100, CS direct to account technicians but my god their line so busy waiting 45 mins never got pickup. Anyone experience open complain ticket to TM? How long they will resolve my issue? |

It seems that many 100 Mbps users will be turbo to 500 Mbps instead.

Went to TMpoint to change to Ultimate pack to get the STB for my Unifi 100 Mbps BEST. To my surprise they cannot do that. They said the system unable to request change UnifiTV Lite (Jumbo Lite 2017) to Residential UnifiTV. I call it BS. I showed her the FAQ from Unifi website that users allow to add on STB by adding Ultimate pack and +RM30 to our bill. After half an hour arguing, she let me fill the complain form to TM HQ at KL. That form I add up some black mail to report to MCMC and CFM for misleading to customers.
