I guess I'm the only case in Malaysia which got upgraded from 100 to 500. Anyhow, I do believe I have a strong argument and valid supporting, I should win in this case. That is utterly bullshit from TM 😠 Do u know anybody paying the same price or lower price with the same plan got upgraded to 800?

Disclaimer: This is not a standard package, so you can try your luck if you want. Like I said mine was a special case and it was a long fight but turned out something favorable for me. A surprise indeed. Tips: You can do this if you have two UniFi TV packages, so try to negotiate politely with TM on this. If others are paying only RM 159 for 800Mbps, so everything is possible. If you don't have two UniFi TV packages, the fight may be difficult for you. Go through TM first and if that fails, try MCMC. However, I think TM has a lot of complaints to handle so it will take longer time to have it attended. So now there are RM 99 for 100Mbps, RM 129/149 for 500Mbps, RM 159 for 800Mbps.
