Guys, Time line stable?
Actually i very hate unifi always bully existing customers. But i like their line stable only honestly and maxis phone data also.
I hate both of them pricy and bad customer services.
I just checked Time offering RM99 for 100mbps with 24months contract.
Time line stable and how about their custoner services?

Hi guys, need some help.

My sis unifi account (unifi lite 10mpbs RM119 - about 3years) was transfer the ownership to me.
During applying Transfer of ownership, I was mention upgrade to RM129 100mbps.
Now everything is done. But question is I unable to get new modem & router from them?
I asked from live chat, the staff told me is for existing customer. it is unfair?
And they charge me for advance payment, was unifi billing charges is advance? - unifi staff said telco always charge advance. rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

I went to tmpoint but useless also, the staff told me unable to check, they just a dealer.
so many tmpoint cant check. must go to selected branch.
Now unifi make so difficult for customers. doh.gif

Ty so much. I just come back after work i call up and complain the speed. Then they send technician change new router with condition is renew contract. Is ok for me since i was renew few day ago LoL.
