Too low budget, refer to 1st page.

not really need to hit the max speed, but prefer something that more consistence and reliable, less problem.

Tenda AC18.. RM290 or so at shoppee
Someone tested with Iphone X, can hit 500+ Mbps on wifi
*
Thanks, will have a look on that drool.gif

Search around, seems below are those that meet my requirement (budget & speed that can up to 500Mbps)
Tenda AC15
Tenda AC18
TP-Link Archer C1200

so which should i go for within this 3?
in term of consistency, reliability & durability?

Since you are using TIME you can even flash to the latest firmware. From what I read the firmware for Unifi and Maxis is outdated  sweat.gif

Yes, you will need your PPPoE username and password. After that, you are free to set it however you want.

Hi Sifu,
Planning to move into WIFI 6, need your advise to get router that worth and suit my use.
Currently using TENDA AC18 AC190

House type: Condo
Size of house: 7th floor, 1100 sqf
Features required: Have NAS so prefer at least 4 LAN port, current modem have 4 port ( 3 usable as 1 for line in) seems not very enough). Good to have VPN but not a must.
Number of devices connected to WiFi: 1 NAS and 1 desktop on LAN, 2 - 3 laptop, more than 5 phone + tablet, tvbox, a few Xiaomi smart device
Internet Speed: TIMES 500mbps
Budget: RM200 - 300

no rush to buy now. maybe will wait next big sales (11.11 maybe).

been looking at TP-Link Archer AX10 / Archer AX20
notice that the main different is as below:

Would like to ask 802.11ax on 2.4 GHz is important?

If you need 2.4GHz then keep the AC18. I had a different model (AX50) and the 2.4GHz sucks.
*
hmmm for sure some of the device still on 2.4GHz. the different is AX10 is 802.11n, AX20 is 802.11ax. seems just speed different. hmm.gif

Since you're in no rush and can wait, I suggest getting the AX73. During sale time (on Lazada) can get below RM300 when you include all the shops vouchers, Lazada bonus, etc. For example during the recent 5.5 sale, lowest I can get was RM280 for it.
*
Thanks for the suggestion. already search in Lazada and add to card to monitor on the price.

btw, mind to share why u recommend AX73 over others? what about AX50?
also, currently TP-Link is the most worth brand / model? compare to others brand?

I wouldn't recommend buying the AX10 considering the AX20 is not much more expensive but the performance is much better. wink.gif
*
icic. now thinking should i opt for higher end model such as AX50 or AX73.
beside TP-Link, any other recommended brand / model?

Please avoid AX50 at all costs. It is being offloaded to get rid of existing stocks. Have poor performance due to overheating and design issue, unless you put a 120mm fan to dissipate the heat away.
