So i have white BTU with DIR 850L
Connected Cat5e cable to DIR 850L however highest is 90++ MBPS

Unifi technical tried reset my port however still the same.

Login into admin of the router and check the LAN port as 1000 MBPS

Anything else I should be checking?

Currently on cat5e cable (as per label on the cable itself).
I am suspecting either the cable is not cat5e or the BTU...

So going back to my case, I ordered Ugreen Cat 6 cables.
BTU to DIR850L using Cat6 cable.

Wifi test not more than 100 mbps
LAN using Cat6 cable also not more than 100mbps

BTU issue?

Have tried getting unifi personnel to reset my port as well. But same result
