House type: Landed Size of house: Main issue is 2 floors, router downstairs, upstairs signal is poor Features required: I'm not sure what is essential, but please be compatible with Unifi + HyppTV Number of devices connected to WiFi: 6 Internet Speed: Can last for future Turbo upgrades, maybe up to 1Gbps Budget: Below RM500
Main issue is still using a stock TM router and modem. That being said, do I have to change modem as well?

QUOTE(blacktubi @ May 10 2020, 08:53 PM) Deco M5 twin pack from TP-Link. Thanks! I might need to get that on top of a new router as my modem/router is still the stock one from TM, I don't think it's utilizing the Turbo upgrades to its full. I'm currently on 100Mbps, hoping to get a unit that can last for future upgrades, maybe up to 1Gbps. May I know if you have any suggestions?

Hello everyone, may I get a recommendation for a router:
House type: Landed Size of house: 1500 square feet, 2 floors Features required: The basics + antivirus protection would be good. Number of devices connected to WiFi: 6-7 devices Internet Speed: 200Mbps Budget: RM400 (not sure if this is reasonable, let me know if it needs to be stretched)
Thanks!
