 Admiral residence kota laksamana melaka, Cheapest around that area

Anyone have any idea or feedback on the admiral residence melaka. Its cheaper than other condo around that area. Any experts have comments on the condo? Thinking whether to buy ont.

Developer is tanjung ratna sdn bhd. New developer, dno of there will be risk ont. They also mentioned that it is designed by renowned architect from aus, layton group, but I don find any info about the company from.the internet.

Recently worked with them, they are not a new company actually. They established in 2000 and I think they were previously sub con for other developers.

They have done some development in A Famosa also.

Looks quite interesting actually, seems like Melaka has some good potential for capital gains and also Airbnb and returns look quite good.

It's also cheapest development in the area at the moment. About 50% less than the surrounding developments.

Of course, there's always risk, but good idea to head down to Melaka and find out more.

But am really worried about their the company financial status that may cause the project to be abandoned. Are u an expert? Can I consult u whether buyers will be protected ont if the project is abandoned?

You can always try to google for answers.
But anyway why don't you try to wait till it's completed then only buy?
A lot of properties in Melaka "stuck" halfway and most of my friends stuck with bad debt

fyi, Bali Residences & Atlantis Residences left with 87yrs lease and is commercial title. who buy them will101% regret.

hi, Can i ask how is the project so far? Progress seems slow but VP aiming for 2022/2023 completion? I was told there is still many units in block c and D. is this condo worth buying . also, if this is residential title, dont think cant do Air BnB, pls advice.

We got cheated as they keep delay the completion for years and the road plan is terrible going to cause major safety issue in the future. Found out they have worker and fund issue. That's why the house is with many problems as reported by many owners recently.

Better avoid this developer.
