Floating bar is blocking my links and taking up my screen space

its probably due to a smaller screen size. Our responsive tests (for smaller screens) are limited to the iphone5s. Will fix this in a while.

Many thanks.  But I still don’t like the floating effect. It occupies space I.e. just like the annoying search tool bars that are quietly installed and plagues IE 10 years back Do consider my feedback. |

the floating effect has been there for the last 2 years. the only thing different now is there is no longer a blue background image, replaced by css instead.
