Actually BK9 is not as new as you think. BK9 Warna is quite old already (12+ years) and there's a low cost apartment right there, but without a doubt, the accessibility is good and the price is not too terrible. Spektra is quite a good location, but Sinar and Senja house designs are quite funny (there is a garden that connects to your living room)

BK8 is quite prestigious and it is kinda new but you have to be prepared to spend 1.2m above for basic units.

BK6 and BK5 have developed into a community with police headquarters right at both intersection - Prices here are not too bad but still quite high.

BK7 has really small frame for their houses and for that price (20 x 70 for 950+) while the only decent sized house - BK 7 Rimbun 2 goes for 1.15m+ for basic unit and they are only reserved for govt workers
