Hi all sifu, considering to buy a landed property for own-stay in BK area however the area was too big and I have no idea about the pros and cons, appreciate if you can recommend which BK area is better

get one nearer to bukit jalil side.. easier access to LDP puchong..

no need rate.. easy access to highways are the most important..you do not want to waste 2 hours to get to work everyday...

the new bukit jalil 2 development would be much better actually...with pavillion 2 coming up, properties will appreciate...

I thought BK 8 is the most premium among all?

BK 9 just good in term of accessibility

Buy far abit la, like bandar bukit puchong or puchong melanti.

I found BK house too over price now and less attractive compare to above.

If overall BK area..BK4 & BK5 will be best in term of accessibility

BK 8 nicer la haha, quiet and peaceful environment, more greenaries, newer house age and facade, spacious built up, just the price much more premium than other BKs

I think the whole BK is individual title, no strata title.

For guarded, BK5 area you can look for PERMAI (BK5D)/ DESIRAN/ HARMONY

Within BK5 have many amenities...Giant, 99, 7-11, Maybank, Pucblic Bank (open soon), kopitiam (more and more), few school, big mosque for muslim, shell petronas station, alot tuition center

If staying BK8, BK9, still can travel to BK5 la..
