BK8 & BK9 no direct exit to bukit jalil(KL) direction..have to make U turn i think

LRT station no planning well compare to BK5 station

Might consider Damai Utama too.

Or Kinrara Residence reside in DU4.

There are 2 specs in Kinrara Residence.
With and without clubhouse membership.
RM150 for without and RM300 with facilities if im not mistaken.
Security wise, I think Kinrara Residence comes top among all BKs.

So u have u decide on what you want.
Either FH/LH or security is more important to you.
Go and get the feel inside the housing area itself and only make your decision.

Sorry for my silly question.. is there any new unit in bk8 and bk9? Im actually prefer new unit however when i search thru propwall it shows new unit bk8 but deacription telling bk7. And I cant find where is bk7 in the map.

bk9 no more new landed atm, bk8 new landed were anggun & qaseh 1 semi-ds, bk7 rimbun 2 doube storeys only bumi lots left

any info of setia plan for kinrara? seem like rather quiet after the take over. the rebranding oso only so so.

At Bk5 shops, behind giant.
SETIA HQ is at 8kinrara now, BK5, next to giant also.

You can go there and have a look at the blueprint of whole Kinrara.

should upgrade giant to something else. a waste of prime real estate there imho.

and maybe a reputable chinese school.

i remember reading somewhere bk5 still have reserve land for schools. hopefully may consider having additional chinese school.

got uncle at kopitiam speculate mcdonald coming to the bk5 newc commie area. haha. unlikely. but if real thenwould be great
