Finally, manage to resolve the ECG.
You just need to sign in iCloud with someone who has ECG activated. Then load the ECG into your phone. Once done, u can sign in with your own Apple ID.

Is Australia part of it? If someone there can try to activate?

Do u mean sign out from iCloud then use the account with ECG activated, then how to load ECG to my phone? Not quite sure what to do after that.

U can use Apple Watch ECG in Australia. It has been officially launch. If you own an Apple Watch from Australia but you are in Malaysia. Then u need someone’s Apple ID (Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and etc) who has activated their ECG on their Apple Watch. To sign in into your iPhone, it could help u activate the ECG.

i noticed Australia dun have ECG either... at least not in the list... have to wait danm... anyone from singapore can help to create an account then sign in to activate ECG then borrow us LOL

Malaysia’s Apple Watch doesn’t even have ECG to begin with. So won’t even have an option to activate

Anyone using AW4 cellular able to activate cellular using Digi?
*
QUOTE(deadman8836 @ Nov 1 2019, 09:21 AM)
I am unable to activate cellular with Digi. Not sure if it's because mine is a US set (model: A1976) or Series 4 is not supported by Digi.

Well, I've some good news. Today I went to Digi Center and talked to the service consultant about activating Cellular on my AW. I didn't mention to him that I was trying to setup on AW4. He proceeded to trouble-shoot and after several failures, he asked me to remove the existing subscription because apparently, I had already subscribed. But I told him the setup was still stuck at activating.

So, first thing he did was to deactivate whatever setup that has been done. Next he proceeded to activate VOLTE which is strange because all the while I thought it was already enabled as this option was ticked in the Digi App. But anyhow, he enabled it for me on their end. Then the next thing was to unpair the phone, pair again and setup as new.

After that I was able to go to the Cellular setup page and where I clicked setup mobile data on the Watch App on the phone. Proceeded activating and following the steps and lo and behold after few minutes, unbelievably I successfully activated the Cellular plan on my AW4  rclxm9.gif

Just FYI, my model is A2007, not sure if it makes any difference compared to those who got it from the US. I checked this model is for Europe and Asia Pacific. So in summary, AW4 is supported for Cellular even though it was mentioned only AW3 and AW5 on Digi's site. Will go for a jog later without the phone and test the Cellular features. My only concern now is battery as my AW4 is the 40mm version  sad.gif

Anyhow, I'm happy that I'm able to finally get Cellular enabled on my AW.

what digi plan are you using? digi postpaid any >80/month only support airsim
*
anyone with model A1976 successfully activated pls let me know. As i know u need to do setup first with Digi before u can use Airsim.
Im just worry A1976 is not supported... then its sad... i should sell it to get AW5. BUT AW5 u bought in Malaysia doest support ECG yet, so you wont see the option available.

I don’t think it’s supported , I have the same model too with the same message

u tried? i can't try because my phone died and went to apple service center. and my digi line is e-sim... and using airsim u need to have your phone connected with aw in order to use airsim as per my understanding.
